Are all of your items 100% genuine?
Most definitely. We have spent over 6 years establishing relationships with both authorised retailers and with the brands themselves. All products are sourced directly from them, ensuring 100% product authenticity.
How do I pay for a Membership?
Please choose if you would like a 1, 3 or 12 Month Membership. Once chosen, you will be be able to add the subscription product to your cart and checkout. This will then start your subscription where you will be charged every 1, 3 or 12 Months (depending on your tier) after that on a rolling subscription basis. Memberships can be found here.
All Membership payments are processed and handled by Stripe who are a PCI Service Provider - Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
How do I receive my Membership rewards?
Once you have purchased your Membership, you will be granted immediate access to purchase any product on our store. We will then prepare your personalised Membership email which will include your welcome pack attached with your discount, free shipping and raffle codes.
Can I cancel my Membership?
Memberships can be cancelled at any time during your membership. If your membership is cancelled, we will be unable to refund you for the month you are in, however you won’t be charged again. This rule applies for all 3 membership tiers.
Every Member at High End Sales Club has access to amend their membership on their own personalised Member Portal. Our Team believes in full Customer transparency, so we give every Member full access to amend their membership 27/4 - 365 without having to get in contact with us at all. Your Membership Portal can be found here, where you will be able to access many features including cancelling your Membership, changing your Membership plan, amending your payment details & much more.
Do you offer returns?
We offer returns within 14 days for a exchange or credit note only.
Unfortunately, we only offer refunds if we make a mistake on your order. We recommend doing prior research before purchasing the item.
We also offer a full refund if their is a fault with your order, but please ensure you check your item(s) as soon as you receive your order as this expires after a 28 day period.
How fast and how much is your shipping?
UK Domestic – 1-3 Working days - £5.50
Europe – 4-8 days depending on location - £13.50
International - 10-14 business days - £16.50

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking code via email.
When do you upload new products?
We pride ourselves on releasing 1-5 items everyday, including random restocks of sold out items. We upload all items at random times to allow everybody a fair chance of purchasing the item. We recommend signing up to our mail list, and also following us on Instagram with story notifications turned on as we post a new story every time we release an item.
What is the raffle?
Every Month we will hold a members only raffle where you have the chance to win an item for free. This is already included your membership with no add on or payment needed.
1 Month membership – 1 raffle entry a month
3 Month Membership – 3 raffle entries a month
12 Month Membership – 10 raffle entries a month.
(This will be how many times your name will be entered in 1 draw, e.g. if on a 12 month membership your name will be added 10 times in 1 draw)
